What to capture
- Aerial overview — full site from altitude showing the extent of the array.
- Approach shots — the site in context with surrounding landscape and access roads.
- Infrastructure — substations, inverter pads, combiner boxes, fencing, signage.
- Construction or damage — any notable conditions observed during the visit.
- Low-angle passes — along rows to show scale and condition.
Key rules
- Scenic images are separate from inspection data — do not mix with nadir or oblique captures.
- GPS geotags must be present in EXIF metadata.
- Capture during good lighting conditions where possible.
